THE LATE PRIVATE G. H. WRIGHT.
Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Wright, of Clapton-road, Marryatville, have been notified that their son, Private G. H. Wright, was killed in action in France on August 16. Prior to enlisting he was employed at Dunstan's quarry, Burnside. He was born at Rosewater, and was 23 years of age. He was a skillful boxer, and won a boxing tournament in Egypt. Private Wright was a member of the Marryatville Football Club.
